Cancelation policy:

Every client will have 24 hours to cancel their appointment.

*Repetitive cancellations will need to pre-pay for future appointments before they can be saved.

Less than 24 hours’ notice you will need to pay half the cost of the service.

No show-no call: you will be expected to pay the entire service in full.

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to myself and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
